1. Agreement

By using xxienanpur.anpur.org.br you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These website terms are separate from the written construction contract you sign for a project; where the two conflict, the signed contract governs the work.

2. Information on this website

We publish prices as typical ranges for planning purposes. They are 2026 figures for the Springfield, Massachusetts area, they are not offers, and they do not bind either party. Only a written, signed estimate constitutes a price. Lead times, material availability and photographs of past work are illustrative; wood is a natural material and grain, colour and figure will vary from any sample or photograph.

3. Estimates and contracts

• Measure visits and written estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation.
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Work begins only after a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor compliant contract is signed by both parties and the initial deposit is received.
• Payment stages are typically 35% at signing, 45% at production start and 20% on completion, unless your contract states otherwise.
• Change orders must be agreed in writing before the affected work proceeds.
• Custom work that has entered production cannot be cancelled for a refund of material and labour already committed; the contract sets out exactly how this is calculated.

4. Warranty

Cabinetry we build is warranted for nine years against defects in joinery and structure, and our sprayed finishes for five years against peeling, checking or delamination under normal residential use. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Details, exclusions and care requirements are on our Warranty & Care page and in your contract.

5. Intellectual property

All drawings, elevations, cut lists, photographs, text and the design of this website are the property of Quarry Street Cabinetry LLC. Drawings we prepare are licensed to you for the construction of your own project by us; they may not be used to obtain competing bids or to have the work built by another shop without our written consent. You may share pages of this site and quote short passages with attribution.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, submit false enquiries, upload malicious content, or use our contact details to send unsolicited commercial messages.

7. Third-party links

We occasionally link to manufacturers, suppliers and trade bodies. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or always available. Nothing on it constitutes professional structural, electrical or code advice for your specific property. To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to $100; liability arising from contracted work is governed by your signed contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Hampden County, Massachusetts. Residential construction disputes may also be eligible for the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor arbitration programme.
